Mentor Coaching to Grow Your
Confidence, Skills, and Certification Readiness
I’ve walked this path myself, and I offer mentor coaching as a grounded space to reflect, practice, and grow.

Becoming a coach takes time, reflection, and practice. If you're working toward ICF certification, I offer mentor coaching that helps you stay grounded while developing the skills you'll need to grow in your own way.
As a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with marker training through ICF, I can help you understand how your coaching aligns with the ICF Core Competencies and what assessors are really listening for.
Our sessions will feel like setting down roots: supportive, thoughtful, and practical. We’ll look at your coaching together—what’s already strong, where things feel uncertain, and what’s ready to grow.
Whether you're preparing recordings, navigating the credentialing process, or just need a calm space to reflect and refine—I'm here for all of it.
"Surround yourself only with people who are going to take you higher.”

Option #1: A grounded path with space to grow—both together and individually $700
This option fully meets your mentor coaching requirement, combining individual and group coaching. You’ll receive:
-
3 one-on-one sessions (50 minutes each), which meet the required one-on-one coaching component of the ICF mentor coaching requirement. During these sessions, we will review your recordings together, providing personalized feedback and development to support your progress toward ICF certification.
-
7 group sessions to practice coaching, share recordings, ask questions, and receive insights from both me and your peers.
Group sessions offer a supportive, interactive space to reflect on coaching skills, clarify what ICF assessors are really listening for, and build confidence and community.
You can choose to complete the remaining sessions with group coaching or additional one-on-one sessions, depending on your preference.
Groups begin with a minimum of four participants and a maximum of six participants. If you don’t have a group yet, I’m happy to help connect you with others who show up in need of a group.
Option #2: Grow in connection—practice and reflect alongside peer coaches $350
This option allows you to fulfill your mentor coaching requirement through 7 group sessions, where you'll practice coaching, share recordings, ask questions, and gain insights from both me and your peers.
Group sessions offer a supportive, interactive space to reflect on coaching skills, clarify what ICF assessors are really listening for, and build confidence and community.
To complete the full mentor coaching requirement, you’ll need 3 one-on-one sessions, which provide the required individual coaching and feedback, including reviewing your own recordings. You have the option to work with me or choose another coach from your training or network to cover the requirement. These sessions can be added separately to support your journey toward ICF certification.
Option #3: Three one-on-one sessions $450
These personalized sessions offer dedicated space to explore your coaching in depth. Together, we’ll listen to one of your recordings and reflect on what’s working well, where you feel unsure, and how to grow with clarity and confidence. You’ll receive supportive, experienced feedback grounded in ICF standards—with room to ask questions, get unstuck, and keep developing your voice as a coach.
Option #4: Individual One-on-One Sessions $175
